This Privacy Policy describes how A2P Genius ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information across three surfaces:

• The marketing website at a2pgenius.com
• The A2P Genius web application at app.a2pgenius.com
• The A2P Genius Auto-Fill Chrome extension

1. Information we collect

1.1 Marketing website (a2pgenius.com)

The marketing website is a static site. We do not set tracking cookies and do not collect personal information from visitors. Standard server access logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) are retained temporarily for security and abuse prevention.

1.2 Web application (app.a2pgenius.com)

When you or your client submits an onboarding form, we collect and store the information needed to generate a compliant A2P 10DLC client website and registration package, including:

• Business name, EIN, address, phone, email, and website URL
• Authorized contact name, email, and phone number
• Services offered and other business description fields

This data is stored in our database and used solely to generate the client's compliance website, the A2P Brand / Campaign registration fields, and the results page. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties for marketing purposes.

1.3 Chrome extension (A2P Genius Auto-Fill)

The Chrome extension is a workflow helper for agency owners. It has a single purpose: to auto-fill A2P 10DLC brand and campaign registration forms inside HighLevel using data pulled from a results URL you provide.

What the extension accesses:

• The results URL you paste into the toolbar. When you click "Load Data," the extension fetches the HTML of that page and parses out the A2P registration fields (use case, sample messages, opt-in info, website URL, email).
• The active browser tab — only when you explicitly click the extension icon or the Auto-Fill button, to inject the toolbar and fill the form fields on the page you're viewing.

What the extension stores:

• The parsed A2P data is stored locally in your browser via chrome.storage.local. It stays on your device and is never transmitted to us or any third party.
• You can clear the stored data at any time using the "Clear Data" button in the toolbar, or by removing the extension.

What the extension does NOT do:

• Collect personal information about you or your clients beyond what you explicitly load
• Track your browsing activity
• Send any data to analytics or advertising networks
• Load or execute remote code
• Access tabs other than the one you explicitly activate it on

2. How we use information

Information collected through the web application is used to:

• Generate your client's compliant A2P 10DLC website and registration content
• Provide the results page and auto-fill data to you
• Respond to support requests
• Improve the service

3. Data sharing

We do not sell or rent your data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information only when:

• Required by law or valid legal process
• Necessary to protect our rights, users, or the public
• You explicitly direct us to (for example, when you submit data to The Campaign Registry or HighLevel through the normal A2P registration workflow)

4. Data retention

Onboarding records and generated site data are retained for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for recordkeeping. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us at the address below.

5. Security

We use industry-standard security practices: HTTPS for all traffic, server-side access controls, regular updates, and isolation of client data. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

6. Children's privacy

A2P Genius is intended for business use only and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

7. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us at the contact address below. If you are in a jurisdiction with specific data protection rights (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), we will honor requests made under those laws.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced on the website or by email where appropriate.
